1. Introduction

Sigma Tech Communications LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. E-commerce & Storefront Information

When you shop on a Sigma-powered storefront (e.g. sites running on our liquor, mart, or beauty SaaS — including but not limited to hilltopwinespirits.com), we collect on behalf of that store:

  • Account credentials (email, password hash, name, phone)
  • Date of birth and age-verification status (for age-restricted items)
  • Shipping/pickup addresses and order history
  • Payment authorization tokens (the card itself is held by Stripe, not us)
  • Marketing and SMS opt-in preferences

Google Sign-In Information

If you choose to register or sign in using your Google account, Google shares the following with us under the OAuth scopes openid, email, and profile:

  • Your Google account email address
  • Your name and (if available) profile picture
  • A stable, anonymized Google account identifier (the “sub” claim) used only to recognize you on return visits

We do not request access to your Google contacts, calendar, Drive files, Gmail messages, or any other Google service. We use this information solely to create or sign you into your storefront account. You can revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. This use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our AI receptionist services
  • To operate the Sigma storefront platform on behalf of our Business Clients (account creation, age verification, order fulfillment, post-purchase emails)
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To send service-related notifications (email, SMS, or Telegram)
  • To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud

We do not use Google account data for advertising, analytics profiling, or training AI/ML models, and we do not transfer it to third parties for those purposes.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Payment processors (Stripe) to process transactions securely
  • Service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g., hosting, email delivery)
  • Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights

Mobile Information & SMS Data

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected through our opt-in forms (including phone numbers, consent records, and SMS interaction history) is used solely to deliver the SMS services you have consented to, and will not be shared with third parties except as strictly necessary to deliver those messages (e.g., SMS gateway providers such as Twilio acting as our data processor under contract).

This no-sharing policy applies to all mobile opt-in data regardless of whether consent was collected directly by Sigma Tech Communications or by one of our Business Clients on our behalf.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Data

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Sigma Tech Communications (either directly or through one of our Business Clients using our platform), we collect and store the following:

  • Your mobile phone number
  • The consent record (timestamp, IP address, URL of the opt-in form, and the exact text you agreed to)
  • A log of SMS messages sent to and received from your number
  • Your opt-out status and keyword history (STOP, HELP, START, etc.)

This data is used exclusively to (a) deliver the SMS messages you consented to, (b) honor opt-out requests, and (c) provide legally required records of consent. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us directly. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for details.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including SSL/TLS encryption, secure payment processing via Stripe, and access controls on our servers. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Call recordings are retained for 90 days unless otherwise requested. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format
